Earn $23 per hour work steady shift rotations (7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, 11 PM-7 AM) and apply must have NVCI (nonviolent crisis intervention training) or Safe Management Group certification.

HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one-on-one care and behavioral support to a male youth with autism and complex special needs. This is a temporary role through our staffing agency offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

• Hourly rate: $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications
• Flexible weekday or weekend scheduling
• Supportive agency team and compliance assistance
• Gain hands-on experience supporting youth with complex needs

• Provide personal care and daily living support
• Use NVCI or Safe Management Group training to ensure safety
• Assist in de‑escalating and managing challenging behaviors
• Communicate effectively with client staff and HealthOPM

Weekday (Mon–Fri) or weekend (Sat–Sun) availability

Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM

• Current PSW certification
• NVCI or Safe Management Group certification required
• Experience supporting youth with autism and behavioral challenges
