A caring residential facility in Leamington is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents. Personal Support Worker (PSW) reports to the Director of Care and under the direction of the Unit Supervisor provides personal care, reports changes in resident status and documents where applicable. Enhances restorative care by promoting independence of activities of daily liability. Enhances the therapeutic effects of the bathing process and provides the resident with an environment and bathing options, which meet their needs and add to their quality of life. Works closely with the Nursing Restorative Therapist.
