Job Summary:

American Express is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders and help resolve any issues or concerns they may have. As a key member of our support team, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with various inquiries, ensuring their experience with American Express is seamless and positive. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide support for a wide range of topics, including account inquiries, transaction questions, and credit card benefits.
  • Assist customers in navigating their American Express accounts, both online and through mobile apps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is accurately logged in the system.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
