A leading financial services company in Toronto is seeking a Customer Service Financial Sales Representative. This role involves assessing clients' financial situations, discussing goals, and managing client accounts. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a high school diploma, with a preference for degrees in finance. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Holding LLQP, CIFC, or CSC certifications is preferred.
- Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is an asset.
Responsabilités
- Assess clients’ financial situations to develop personalized plans.
- Discuss financial goals and strategies with clients.
- Manage client accounts and regularly review their needs.
- Prepare financial summaries and investment performance reports.
- Help clients implement financial plans or refer to professionals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor changes.
