Job Title: Junior Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Contract)

Our client is a small, growing public accounting firm based in Cochrane, AB, providing full-service accounting support to small businesses and individuals across Alberta. The team is known for its accuracy, professionalism, and supportive, collaborative work environment.
We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join the team on a part-time, contract basis from January to May, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time role. This position is ideal for someone who brings a strong work ethic, humility, and integrity to their work.
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the office organized, supporting the accounting team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a busy season.
