As a Buyer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a fulfillment level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, modify, and manage purchase orders in SAP, including tariff lines and special instructions.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, expedite deliveries, and resolve issues, including managing PO acknowledgments and confirmations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a reliable supply chain, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations, standards, and policies, maintaining organized records.
• Align procurement activities with the budget and seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Use technology, such as procurement software and analytics, to improve processes, monitoring, and reporting.
