Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intermediate QA Analyst to join our growing Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate closely with BSA, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and define test strategies.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, or backend systems.

Document and track bugs, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile environment.

Review and maintain test plans and scripts to ensure coverage and relevance.

Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Support Business acceptance testing (BAT) and assist with release validation activities

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, JTMF)

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases

Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, REST Assured) is an asset

Understanding of APIs and ability to perform API testing

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise platforms.
