A leading professional services firm in Lethbridge is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Assurance practice. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing client files, scheduling meetings, and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide direct administrative support in our Assurance practice to Partners, Managers and clients. The Assurance team relies on you to help ensure operational excellence and you will be a front-line contact for clients and a liaison for colleagues.
