Eva Lee & Associates is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Administrative & Office Support
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel as needed.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems; ensure proper organization and retrieval of documents.
  • Order office supplies and manage office inventory.
Client & Team Support
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Assist with onboarding procedures for new team members, including setting up workstations and organizing orientation materials.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support team members with administrative tasks as required.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
Preferred
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of office management tools, CRM platforms, or document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Work Environment & Schedule
