- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
- Promote school events such as open houses, fundraisers, performances, sports games, and spirit weeks.
- Provide live coverage when appropriate (stories, posts, reels, etc.).
- Work closely with school administration, teachers, and student groups to gather content.
- Assist in training or guiding staff on best practices for submitting content or using school social platforms responsibly.
