Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Managers and Account Directors with client servicing.
• Act as a main point of contact for the client.
• Draft press releases, messaging documents, and communications.
• Manage junior team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop strategies, content ideas, and concepts for campaigns.
