Job summary

A technology solutions provider based in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager with expertise in IT Infrastructure Solutions. The role involves building relationships with decision-makers, managing sales strategies, and developing new accounts quarterly. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and competency in selling OEM solutions, particularly in the infrastructure and security sectors. Certification in sold solutions is mandatory. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Competency in selling OEM solutions covering infrastructure and security parts.
  • Certification on solutions sold in previous experience is required.
  • Previous experience in IT Infrastructure Solution and Services Sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage all sales related aspects for allocated accounts.
  • Develop new accounts on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate with finance and logistics for AR collection.

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
  • Build/ maintain Business relationship with key decision makers across organizations.
  • Experience in selling to Large and Medium Enterprise within IT Infrastructure Solution and Services Sales
  • Experience in Selling IT services (Infrastructure ITSM Monitoring and Automation Tool Cloud services on MS Azure)
  • Response to Full-Service tendering of Technical & Commercial proposals
  • Work along with OEM and Distribution partners.
  • Develop relationships across targeted accounts.
  • Develop and execute Sales strategy on QoQ basis.
  • Maintain complete Infrastructure Support portfolio with key clients following up on the escalation and issues between client and vendor as and when required.
  • Focal point for the client & vendor communication.
  • Manage all sales related aspects for allocated accounts including managing internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for AR Collection working along with Finance and Logistics team.
  • Developing New Accounts Set on QoQ Basis.
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
MANDATORY

Competency in Selling OEM Solution (Infrastructure and Security Part)

Have at least got certification on the Solution Sold in Previous Experience
