A leading lubricant company is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to drive business growth in the Middle East and African markets. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales of raw materials, specifically additives and chemicals. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a dynamic personality and managerial experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan.
- Build and promote strong customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Present sales and revenue reports.
- Attend trade events and exhibitions.
- Follow up on product or service issues.
- Negotiate sales deals with clients.
- Take and process orders.

Our client was founded in 2007 in the UAE with an active presence in the Middle East market to cater to the demands of the lubricant industry. They supply high-quality lubricant additives, chemicals, and base oils from reputable global brands to a wide range of lubricant companies.
They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their team, who will be responsible for generating business in the Middle East and African regions.
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Attending trade events and exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events.
- Following up on any product or service issues on behalf of the client.
- Looking for new business or clients.
- Negotiating sales deals with clients.
- Taking and processing orders.
- Bachelors degree
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience in sales of raw materials (additives and chemicals) in the UAE.
- Self-starter with a dynamic personality.
- Must have experience on a managerial level
