Job Title: HR and Recruitment Manager

Job Description:
The HR and Recruitment Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the recruitment and selection process within the organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Additionally, they provide guidance and support to managers on various HR matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Make hiring decisions in consultation with the hiring manager.
5. Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
6. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
