• 5+ years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE and international markets.
• Strong track record managing high-volume Nurse hiring and large-scale healthcare recruitment projects.
• Established network of active healthcare clients and qualified candidates across hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
• Deep understanding of UAE licensing processes and major global licensing standards.
• Ability to kickstart and independently run healthcare recruitment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare recruitment projects, focusing on high-volume Nurse hiring.
• Build and expand relationships with healthcare clients to generate business.
• Create recruitment plans for roles across UAE and international locations.
• Source and manage pipelines for Nurses, technicians, and Allied Health professionals.
• Advise on market trends and licensing updates to support decision-making.
