About the job Recruiting Specialist - GCC

Our client is a leading global consulting firm, helping the world's top businesses, governments and organizations. Looking to hire a "Recruiting Specialist GCC" In their office in Dubai

This position will be reporting to the Head of Recruiting (Direct Manager), GCC Recruiting Specialist (Dotted Reporting)

Responsibilities
  • Support with GCC national client-facing applicants (referrals, direct, campus), including reviewing applications, sending resumes for screening to the relevant committee, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, issuing offers, following up on acceptance, etc.)
  • Help manage recruitment efforts for selected target schools and across various sources for both full-time and intern GCC national applicants
  • Support recruiting at international campus events when required, corporate presentations, information sessions/office visits, interviews, sponsored events, sell events
  • Establish and maintain relationships with university career services teams across the region and globally (where relevant)
  • Provide logistical support for campus activities and interview marathon days (e.g., room booking, catering, marketing material dispatch, etc.)
  • Support in organizing & leading marketing campaigns to attract top GCC talent (regional/international)
  • Actively support and participate in weekly calls with leadership to align on GCC hiring plans
  • Participate in and contribute to design of new GCC recruiting initiatives (regional/international)
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants (referrals, direct, campus, etc.)
  • Issue periodic reports related to GCC national recruitment (New Joiners, Planned Hires, Monthly Recruiting Dashboard), highlighting recruiting trends
  • Become fully familiar with the Recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support in configuration of the new system to meet firm requirements, and help craft and deliver staff training materials
  • Maintain, champion and act as subject matter expert for ATS needs
  • Assist recruiting team in various activities when capacity allows
Customer
  • Attend to queries from employees and candidates, as they relate to GCC nationals recruitment
  • Actively participate in campus presentations, information sessions, coffee chats, as well as sell events communicating the firms key messages and service offerings to candidates
  • Follow-up on applicants throughout the hiring cycle
  • Sell Strategy& to prospective candidates
  • Attend to ATS queries from employees
Process
  • Collect and document data for recruitment reporting in a timely manner
  • Adhere to advancing candidates through recruiting cycle within predetermined timelines
Capability
  • Act as the point of contact for the recruitment channel being handled and coordinate with other functional areas of the business
  • Contribute to an environment of teamwork within recruiting team and support other areas as needed
  • Ensure cost efficient options explored for interviewing candidates
  • Support in developing event budgets and monitoring actual spend to ensure compliance with budget
  • Support in reviewing and validating expenses submitted to Finance Team mainly from client staff and vendors for channel related activities, as needed
