Star Services LLC is a leading provider of integrated engineering services to the oil and gas industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Engineer - HL/PL DP3 to join our team.

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the technical operations of the vessel
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment on board
• Monitor and maintain all systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during operations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Train and supervise junior engineers and crew members
• Participate in emergency drills and respond to emergencies as required
• Report to the Chief Engineer and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 2nd Engineer on HL/PL DP3 vessels
• Valid STCW certification and DP Maintenance Certificate
• Experience with EPC oil and gas projects in an offshore environment
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
