A Salon Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations in a salon. They are responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings and schedule changes
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about salon services
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations
• Keep track of inventory and order salon supplies when needed
• Follow salon policies and procedures to ensure quality service
• Resolve client complaints or issues with professionalism

• English, Arabic and Persian speaker (preferably)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using salon software or booking systems
