Job summary

A leading family group in the UAE is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service team. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and technical understanding to manage service workflows effectively. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering, possess 2-4 years of related experience, and be proficient with dealer management systems. Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
  • Experience in dealership or multi-brand service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and understand their service needs.
  • Accurately record customer concerns and prepare job cards.
  • Liaise with technicians to clarify concerns and relay updates.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on service status.
  • Generate accurate service estimates and explain costs.
  • Ensure proper vehicle delivery to the customer post-service.
  • Process warranty claims in accordance with Abu Dhabi Motors guidelines.
  • Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
