Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and understand their service needs.
  • Accurately record customer concerns and prepare job cards.
  • Liaise with technicians for clear communication.
  • Provide timely updates on the status of vehicles.
  • Generate accurate service estimates and obtain approvals.
  • Ensure proper vehicle delivery post-service.
  • Process warranty claims in accordance with guidelines.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
