  • Collaborate with the technical team to assess validate and coordinate warranty repairs.
  • Schedule repair appointments monitor service timelines and provide customers with status updates.
  • Coordinate technician workload with the service department to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist customers with parts identification and ordering ensuring correct components are provided.
  • Work with inventory staff to ensure parts availability for service and warranty needs.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed operations reports on service activity warranty claims and customer feedback to management.
  • Stay current on latest engine technologies and product specifications to give accurate service advice.
  • Work closely with technical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and service recommendations.
