A reputable automotive organization in the UAE is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will handle customer interactions, coordinate service needs, and provide thorough support to enhance vehicle performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, and be fluent in both Arabic and English. Service Advisor– Multiple Locations Across the UAE

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate write-up of job cards, including customer information, vehicle details, date, and description of customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with the Foreman to assess required work and prepare job cards accordingly.
  • Obtain customer signatures and approvals on job cards prior to execution.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluation of warranty coverage versus customer-paid repairs.
  • Secure prior repair approval from customers whenever required.
  • Review customer service history to identify recurring or previously reported concerns.
  • Advise customers on required services and overall vehicle performance.
  • Coordinate with Customer Relations Representatives (After Sales) to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Ensure professional communication and follow-up with customers throughout the service process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reception Supervisor or Service Manager.
Qualifications & Experience (Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor role within the automotive industry
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate with the ability to use service systems and basic office applications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
