Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across the UAE and GCC travel trade. The ideal candidate will have strong market relationships, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, and a proven ability to deliver results through effective account management and revenue driving strategies. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a network within the luxury travel industry.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in UAE/GCC travel and tourism.
- Strong network within luxury travel trade and hospitality partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and travel for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships across the UAE and GCC.
- Drive revenue, meet KPIs and achieve business targets.
- Lead sales strategies to capture premium accounts.
Skills

- Represent the company at trade shows, events and partner meetings
- Provide market insights and prepare performance reports
- Support junior sales team members when required
- 5-7 years of experience in UAE/GCC travel and tourism
- Strong network within luxury travel trade and hospitality partners
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience with luxury hotels is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel for meetings
