Role Overview

We are looking for Real Estate Manager for a sister concern of Palazzo Versace Hotel and our established real estate group, offering a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within a trusted network.

You will oversee operations, sales performance, and business development for a luxury-focused real estate brokerage in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership, market expertise, and the ability to enhance the company’s presence in both primary and secondary property markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily brokerage operations while ensuring full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Drive sales growth across luxury residential and investment property segments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Oversee client service standards, including negotiations, documentation, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as listings, campaigns, and premium property showcases.
  • Prepare performance and financial reports, monitoring revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ UAE real estate experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury property market and developer landscape.
  • Proven track record in high-value deal closures and meeting sales objectives.
  • Valid RERA Broker License is a must.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Well-established network of clients, investors, and market contacts in the UAE.
