Job Description:
  • Oversee daily office operations, renewals (trade licenses, tenancy contracts), utilities management, and maintain an organized, safe, and well-equipped workspace.
  • Manage filing systems, handle internal and external communications, coordinate meetings/events, and provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Support project coordination and documentation, assist with HR onboarding and attendance systems, and handle invoicing, expenses, procurement, and petty cash management.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, manage vendors and contractors, and maintain professional communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Open to Male Asian nationals, aged 38 and above.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles within the real estate or construction industry in the UAE.
