We are looking for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, driving performance, and guiding a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the Dubai/GCC real estate market, and the ability to develop strategies that increase lead conversions and elevate team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage daily operations of the sales department, ensuring high performance across all KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, monthly targets, and action plans.
  • Oversee client meetings, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to brokerage growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA/real-estate regulations in UAE.
  • Review CRM updates, track lead progress, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Represent the company at events, property launches, and networking sessions.
