About the job SENIOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST - REAL ESTATE

The Senior Business Excellence Specialist will drive excellence frameworks, process transformation, service-level design, and governance improvements across real estate development and asset operation functions. The role enhances organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, or assess governance instruments relevant to real estate operations, development management, health and safety, customer service, and facility management.
  • Lead process design, mapping, and development across development, sales, leasing, asset management, and community management functions.
  • Support process transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and change management.
  • Develop cross-department SLAs for development, operations, finance, procurement, and customer-facing functions.
  • Deliver excellence-related training, awareness sessions, and capability-development programs.
  • Support the organizations alignment with excellence frameworks (EFQM, Dubai/Abu Dhabi excellence standards, or internal quality frameworks).
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in business excellence, operations transformation, or governance within real estate or large asset-intensive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development and operational processes.
  • Experience with quality frameworks, SLA design, and process reengineering.
  • Experience in delivering training and organizational capability building.
