We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who is fluent in Farsi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex (FX) trading and financial markets with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client networks. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our global presence.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively ensuring longterm client engagement.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging an established network of FX clients.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends competitor insights and opportunities.
• Provide valuable market insights to enhance the companys competitive position.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Farsi (C1) and English (C1).
• Experience: 34 years of proven experience in business development within the Forex (FX) industry with an active portfolio of clients.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales negotiation and dealclosing skills.
• Client Network: Ability to rapidly expand a portfolio of active FX clients.
• Financial Market Knowledge: Indepth understanding of financial markets and CFD trading.
• Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain longterm client relationships.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• SelfMotivation: Targetdriven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field is preferred.
