At Ripple, we are building the future of finance and Web3 on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). We're looking for a strategic leader to own a critical mission: architecting and sourcing the foundational infrastructure that will unlock the next wave of ecosystem growth. This role will be the central hub for our global strategy of the XRPL ecosystem. Your primary focus will be identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact partnerships for the foundational pieces the XRPL ecosystem needs to thrive. You will quarterback this global effort, coordinating with our regional BD teams across the Americas, APAC, MEA, and LATAM to execute a single, cohesive vision.
