We are hiring Business Development Managers – Elite Segment who will be responsible for driving new-to-bank (NTB) Elite customer acquisition by leveraging enablers and solutions developed by the Products & Proposition team. The role focuses on expanding the Elite liability portfolio through targeted business development activities, while delivering comprehensive financial solutions to clients. This includes generating high-quality referrals for investments and mortgages, and actively cross-selling the full suite of banking products to enhance customer value and contribute to overall business growth.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Drive monthly acquisition of NTB Elite customers through targeted prospecting, partnerships, corporate presentations, and networking events.
  • Achieve liability growth targets by building a strong Elite portfolio and maximizing incremental balances.
  • Generate high‑quality investment and mortgage referrals and actively cross‑sell Wealth Management products.
  • Maintain a strong lead pipeline, managing multiple prospects efficiently with a focus on achieving at least a 25% conversion rate.
  • Represent and promote the RAKBANK Elite brand at events, sponsorships, and external engagements.
  • Ensure superior service standards in line with Wealth Management (WM) guidelines and avoid sourcing undesirable business.
  • Complete accurate documentation and ensure timely processing across all products while complying with bank policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to regulatory, AML, and KYC requirements, including reviewing customer backgrounds and promptly reporting suspicious activity.
  • Provide timely MIS reports, maintain updated daily call reports, and participate in scheduled performance reviews.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market developments and complete all required internal/external trainings and certifications.
What You Should Have
  • Knowledge of local legal system as applicable to Banking
  • Anti-Money laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business
  • Awareness of Central Bank guidelines & regulations
  • Good leadership, communication, negotiation and impersonal skills
  • Good computer skills with the ability to generate and interpret MIS
  • Should have a good knowledge of WM retail products
  • HNWI relationship Management skills
