A global outsourcing company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an entry-level Recruiter I to help identify, attract, and onboard top talent. This role involves assisting in the administration of recruitment programs, conducting interviews, and maintaining compliance with hiring regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This position offers a great opportunity to develop skills in a high-velocity environment.
The Recruiter I ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for working with various clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.
Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Professional Career Band. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
