Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions for approximately 400 employees. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment, and promote a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of HR best practices in the retail or luxury sector is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
- Proven experience managing a large workforce across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance as needed.
- Lead performance management processes.
