Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with government regulations. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED and is open to both local residents and qualified foreigners.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Manage human resources operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Develop strategies to attract suitable talent for various roles.
  3. Manage recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries and address grievances.
  5. Interpret and communicate HR policies.
  6. Prepare reports on HR metrics.
  7. Implement or update benefit plans.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  9. Monitor attendance records.
  10. Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
  11. Create and update job descriptions.
  12. Maintain employee records.
Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of employment laws, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and good organizational skills. Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills in English, and Arabic proficiency are preferred.
