Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the human resources department.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Providing advice and guidance on all HR related matters, while ensuring that the organization meets all relevant legal requirements.

- Creating job descriptions
- Developing pay scales
- Drafting employment contracts
- Managing payroll activities
- Providing advice on employee relations issues such as grievances
- Handling disciplinary matters
- Implementing training programs for new hires
- Administering performance reviews
- Designing policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Overseeing employee welfare initiatives
- Conducting exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the workplace
- Developing succession plans to ensure continuity within the organization
