HR Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, ensuring the efficient administration of all HR functions, and handling all employee-related matters.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of human resource management. He/she should have a good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR management. He/she must be able to motivate staff and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, as well as other departments.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment process from advertising job vacancies to interviewing candidates
• Developing training programs for employees
• Developing performance evaluation systems
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures when needed
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Updating job requirements when needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of labor law regulations

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
