Overview
Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking HR Manager for our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel\'s HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization\'s goals
- Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a manager
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
