The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel\'s HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization\'s goals
  • Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a manager
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws
