We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance reviews, and compensation and benefits administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of applicable local employment regulations and laws.
