HR Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Job Details:
  • Title: Human Resources Manager
  • Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
  • Salary: 1400 AED/Month

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office who can provide effective leadership and ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. We are willing to consider foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Managing the recruitment and selection process
  4. Overseeing onboarding of new hires
  5. Developing internal communication strategies, policies, and procedures
  6. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
  7. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  8. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as HR manager or other pertinent HR experience
  2. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  3. Hands-on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  4. Ability to develop strategies along with leadership skills
  5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
