Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support HR functions across the Middle East and Asia. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a Business Partnering role. You will manage onboarding and act as a key partner to the business, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor law. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in HR.
  • At least 3 years in a Business Partnering or Advisory role.
  • Experience in Legal, Financial, or Professional Services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key partner providing support across core HR areas.
  • Build relationships with local teams and stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and manage the employee lifecycle.
