Responsibilities

The position reportsdirectly to the GM ME and functionally to Global HR.
As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in shaping and implementing our personnel strategy, as well as supporting and developing our employees at our location in Dubai.
- Conducting all personnel administrative tasks, including managing employee data, payroll, creating employment contracts, bonus and supplementary agreements, reference letters, and other relevant HR documents.
- Implementing our HR strategy and policies at the location in Dubai.
- Acting as a competent point of contact for our employees on labor law issues.
- Supporting the implementation of measures for the individual development of our employees by planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Conducting interviews, making hiring decisions in collaboration with the relevant departments, and participating in trade fairs.
- Actively contributing to the future of our entire corporate group by participating in regular (including international) HR projects.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, a completed commercial training program with further education in personnel management (e.g., HR specialist).
- Proven experience as an HR generalist with several years in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence.
- Highly conscientious, action-oriented, and motivated to improve and shape HR processes.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
