This regional role requires a results-driven HR professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR functions, and traveling on short notice as needed.

1. Oversee HR operations in the UAE and provide strategic support to the Saudi branch.
2. Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labor laws and healthcare regulations.
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to drive efficiency.
4. Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a strong work culture.
5. Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
6. Implement training & development programs aligned with business objectives.
7. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
8. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies.
9. Travel as required to oversee HR activities across the region.

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5 years of senior HR experience in the healthcare industry.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE & KSA labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Proficiency in HR software and digitally fluid.
5. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
7. Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to a fast-growing environment.
