Job description

The HR Manager will lead and manage all HR functions for approximately 400 employees across boutiques, production facilities, and the head office. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices to attract, develop, and retain talent while supporting the company’s growth and commitment to delivering a high-end customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a large workforce of 300+ across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, approachable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Design and coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries and promote a positive work culture.
  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement initiatives and foster high employee morale.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations across all locations.
