Job summary

A leading paint manufacturing company in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. This is a full-time position based in Sharjah, offering a competitive salary up to 15K AED.

Qualifications

  • Male, 30 years old and above.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in managing compliance with UAE labor laws.

Job Description
  • Lead all HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee/labor relations, staff development, and equal opportunity, ensuring the right balance of skills and experience to achieve business goals.
  • Manage HR budgeting, update HR manuals/handbooks, and provide strategic advice on HR policies, procedures, and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment cycles, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, payroll, compensation/benefits, training & development, and HR record-keeping.
  • Align HR practices with company objectives, enhance employee engagement and retention, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with management to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
  • Male, 30 years old and above
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 7 of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role), preferably organization whose size is 1000+
  • Experience in managing compliance with UAE labor laws (or local jurisdiction as applicable)
