A prominent recruitment firm is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and providing support for employee queries. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices.
• Experience working with HR systems and managing employee data and reporting.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records, and HR systems updates.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing accurate and timely guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate people data and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and annual people processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal governance requirements.
