Salary: AED 15000 - 20000

Our client is a global leader based in Belgium, providing cutting-edge integrated solutions for airports and airlines in over 100 countries. With a strong footprint across the aviation industry, they are now looking to hire an HR Operations Specialist to support their Middle East operations for a short-term assignment.
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a solid background in multi-country payroll management and regional HR support. This is a temporary role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and is already based in the UAE on a valid sponsor/golden/freelance visa.
Manage multi-country payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
Support day-to-day HR operations across the Middle East region, including onboarding, employee documentation, leave management, and offboarding
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
Handle government portal submissions, visa documentation follow-up, and HR reporting
Act as the regional HR point of contact, supporting both the local and HQ teams
Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and internal audit standards
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on multi-country payroll
Prior exposure to regional HR processes in the Middle East
Strong understanding of UAE labor law and employment procedures
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to join immediately and work independently
Must hold a valid UAE visa (Family sponsorship, Golden Visa, or Freelance Visa)
