• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar HR Manager role within the UAE.
• Proven experience working within a UAE free zone; SAIF Zone experience highly desirable.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations issues.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
• Lead annual performance appraisal cycles and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
