1.Analyze the credit risk of current and potential customers and agree appropriate payment terms
2.Prepare and review applications to obtain approval of credit limits from Managing Director or head office
3.Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure appropriate risk mitigants in place including trade insurance
4.Support applications for approval of transactions with risk including sales to high risk countries and large tenders
5.Administer credit limits in the company’s ERP system and monitor and report credit risk exposures to management and head office
6.Help to resolve any credit issues such as late payment
Qualifications
1.A recognized professional accounting, finance or risk management qualification
2.Experience in a similar credit risk management role
