Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, identify, and attract top talent for various positions within the aesthetic industry, including beauty therapists, sales staff, medical professionals, customer service representatives, and administrative roles.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and industry networks to find qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool of professionals with experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and related fields.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all open positions, from posting job ads and screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate in-person or virtual interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Guide candidates through interview and onboarding stages, addressing any queries and maintaining engagement until their start date.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the brand and attract qualified talent.
Leverage social media and professional networks to raise awareness of job opportunities and build the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the aesthetic industry.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques within the aesthetic/healthcare space.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit for roles in the aesthetic industry.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing platforms.
Proven ability to manage the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
