The role also includes auditing and approving various categories of employee leaves, reviewing requests for processing absence days, as well as reviewing individual performance plans and contributing to the preparation and updating of job descriptions.
Additionally, the role involves processing clearance transactions for employees whose services have ended, and reviewing the job titles approved at the Authority level to ensure their alignment with the organizational structure. It further includes receiving and processing health insurance requests and reviewing requests submitted by organizational units related to the disbursement of the telephone allowance.
