• Proven experience in Road and infra structure in addition to asphalt works in UAE Familiar with the construction methodology process & sequence of work
• Determining key variables for cost and other estimates
• Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors suppliers engineers etc.
• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
• Gather firsthand information from sites and market
• Have experience/knowledge and/or conduct research to obtain data on labor costs materials production and etc.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
• Perform risk analysis
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
• Proficient inrelevantsoftware (CAD and CANDY or similar software)
• Knowledge of contracts
