A leading holding company in the steel industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment in Dubai, UAE. This role involves developing innovative strategies, enhancing employer branding, and utilizing data-driven recruitment methods. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, especially in the engineering and steel industry, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no remote work available.

They are currently hiring aTalent Acquisition Specialistfor their offices inDubai UAE. Committed to sustainability the company transforms s metal into highquality construction materials supporting infrastructure growth.

Lead and oversee all talent acquisition strategies and operations across the organization ensuring the alignment of recruitment practices with the companys goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract engage and retain top talent across the group while maintaining consistency and excellence across all regions. The position will report directly to the CPCO and work closely with P&C teams & Country Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and execute the groupwide talent acquisition strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
    • Design innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to meet the current and future hiring needs of the organization.
    • Stay updated on market trends recruitment technologies and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Employer Branding
    • Strengthen the companys employer brand to position it as an employer of choice globally.
    • Oversee employer branding campaigns including social media career events and partnerships with universities or other talent sources.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content that promotes the company culture and values.
  • DataDriven Recruitment
    • Implement and manage recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Leverage data analytics to forecast hiring needs analyze talent gaps and optimize recruitment processes.
    • Prepare regular reports for leadership on recruitment progress trends and challenges.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultation on recruitment strategies.
    • Partner with leadership to support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
  • Vendor and Budget Management
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies job boards and other talent acquisition vendors.
    • Monitor and optimize the talent acquisition budget to maximize ROI
Qualification
  • Bachelors in HR or any other relevant degree
  • Overall experience of 5 to 7 years in talent acquisition
  • Strong Experience in Indian market in the engineering & Steel Industry is a must
