The Sales Team at Taurus is committed to driving business growth by offering comprehensive digital asset tokenization and custody solutions. We are a dynamic, innovative team focused on empowering institutions with best-in-class infrastructure to excel in the digital asset arena. Our mission encompasses regional expansion, end-to-end excellence, dynamic innovation, and institutional empowerment. We strive to be the trusted partner for institutions seeking success in the evolving digital economy.

Tasks

You will report to the Country Head UAE and work closely with the sales team. You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow the MEA region.
  • Develop a business plan, deliver on sales targets, and maintain all sales interaction and pipeline via the Taurus CRM. This includes:
  • Source and coordinate RFI/RFPs with prospects and with the internal Taurus team.
  • Update and maintain Taurus sales material used for pitches, presentations, and meetings.
  • Prepare, manage, and follow up sales meetings and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate the closing of new client deals.
  • Internal coordination with Product teams and Partners including sales handover and product gap feedback.
  • Propose new ideas, strategies, and campaigns for sales success in the region.
  • Attend third-party events and conferences on behalf of Taurus. Build partnerships with institutions within the space (consultants, tech providers, etc.) and monitor the competitor landscape across the MEA region.
  • Manage and contribute to marketing, PR, and external communication.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years working experience in sales within institutional financial technology sales and/or a high-growth fintech startup is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in proactive commercial engagement, building a business, and developing technology in line with fast market development.
  • Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and/or financial market digitization.
  • Fluent English language is a must; fluency in another language is advantageous.
  • Strong experience and existing relationships with financial institutions at the C-Level in the region.
