Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the leisure segment within hospitality.
• Strong network of travel trade partners, tour operators, and agencies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into opportunities.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian) preferred.
