A luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a B2B Outdoor Sales Manager to enhance its market presence. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and representing the hotel at events. Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Proactively identify, develop, and convert new B2B and B2C business opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual guests to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals for rooms, events, and F&B.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, on-site visits, personalized follow-ups, and professional account servicing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the property at trade shows, corporate networking events, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility; Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and property tours to generate new leads and strengthen market positioning.
  • Continuously monitor competitor performance, industry trends, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid UAE experience in Sales or Business Development within the hospitality, real estate, or luxury services industry, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles including corporate, travel trade, and direct customer channels.
